THE EXPERIENCE

This moderately-paced tour is designed for deep exploration of the work, lives and historic milieu of ground-breaking artists of the Northern Renaissance including Jan van Eyck, Hans Memling, and Peter Bruegel. Renowned Flemish and Dutch artists of the “Golden Age” such as Rubens, Rembrandt, and Vermeer get equal attention (yes, including the Girl with a Pearl Earring) as do the work and legacy of modern masters including Magritte and Mondrian.

The trip culminates with a visit to the famed Van Gogh Museum and a canal tour of Amsterdam, known as "the Venice of the North" for good reason. While our dynamic tour leader, Sevan Melikyan, focuses on the Art, his wife Maria will ensure opportunities to savor a range of culinary delights including waffles, Belgian beer, and moules frites as well as free time to explore cafe culture, gift shopping, or to discover your own path.

The tour group size is intentionally limited (max 10 people) to enhance your experience. To secure your place, hold your spot today. No commitment until October 1, 2025.
